Terms and conditions of use

1. NATURE OF THE AGREEMENT

This agreement governs the licence to use the StreamPro tool. By registering, the User enters into a software-as-a-service (SaaS) agreement with Francesc Murcia Mila.

2. REGISTRATION AND SECURITY

The User is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for safeguarding their password. Account use is personal and non-transferable.

3. SERVICE PLANS AND FEES

StreamPro offers different access options:

Trial period: Temporary free access to evaluate technical compatibility.

Premium subscription (monthly/yearly/lifetime): Payment grants access to advanced interface features: cloud sync, favourites management, electronic programme guide (EPG), and aesthetic customisation. The User understands they pay for the management tool, not for content.

4. REFUNDS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Article 103(m) of the Spanish General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts concerning the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once performance has begun. By activating a Premium subscription after the trial period, the User accepts that they forfeit any refund right due to immediate access to software features.

5. USER OBLIGATIONS AND CONDUCT

The User undertakes not to use StreamPro to view content that infringes copyright. The Owner does not monitor private use of the application but reserves the right to cancel accounts that carry out technical attacks or attempt to defraud the payment system.

6. WARRANTIES AND LIMITATIONS

StreamPro is provided "as is". The Owner does not guarantee compatibility with every third-party list format on the market, although it strives for maximum interoperability.

7. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

This agreement is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Tarragona, Spain.
