Terms and Conditions of Contract

1. NATURE OF THE CONTRACT AND PARTIES

This document governs the software licence contract for CastFlow Player between the Owner, Francesc Murcia Mila (Tax ID: 77835505D), with address at Carrer Àngel Guimerà 22, 43480 Vila-seca (Tarragona), Spain, and the User who registers and accepts these conditions.

By completing the registration process, the User declares that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions, the Legal Notice, and the Privacy Policy. The contract is perfected at the moment of registration and takes effect from that moment.

2. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE

CastFlow Player is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) that provides the User with an advanced multimedia playback interface with the following main features:

• Playback of multimedia content lists in M3U/M3U8 and Xtream Codes format supplied exclusively by the User. • Cloud Sync of the User's personal configuration, including lists, favourites, and preferences, across authorised devices. • Electronic programme guide (EPG) via connection to XMLTV sources provided by the User. • Parental control via PIN to restrict access to certain content. • Linking additional devices via QR code.

The service does not include, in any of its modalities, the supply, intermediation, or facilitation of any kind of audiovisual content.

3. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT SECURITY

The User undertakes to provide truthful, accurate, and complete data during registration, and to keep them updated. Use of the account is strictly personal and non-transferable.

The User is responsible for safeguarding their password and for all actions performed under their account. In case of unauthorised use or suspected security breach, they must notify the Owner immediately at info@stream-pro.app.

The Owner reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts that: (i) provide false registration data; (ii) carry out technical attacks against the platform; (iii) attempt to defraud the payment system; or (iv) assign or commercialise access credentials to third parties.

4. SERVICE PLANS AND FEES

CastFlow Player offers the following access options:

• Trial period: Full free access for 7 calendar days from registration. No credit card is required to activate the trial. The User may cancel at any time at no charge. • Monthly plan (€2.99/month, VAT included): Monthly subscription with automatic renewal. Includes up to 3 simultaneous devices, cloud sync, EPG, and parental control. • Lifetime plan (€29.90, one-off payment, VAT included): Lifetime access to all features available at the date of purchase, with no periodic renewals. Includes the same features as the Monthly plan.

The Owner reserves the right to modify prices with at least 30 days' notice. Changes will not affect Lifetime plans already purchased or monthly subscription periods already paid for.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment processing is carried out through Stripe, Inc., a payment service provider that complies with the PCI DSS standard. The Owner does not store credit card data on its own systems.

The Monthly plan is billed in advance and renews automatically each period. The User may cancel automatic renewal at any time from their user panel, without penalty; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for.

6. REFUND POLICY AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Article 103(m) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users (LGDCU), the right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and with acknowledgement that they lose their right of withdrawal.

By activating a paid subscription after the trial period, the User expressly gives such consent and acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal, given immediate access to the software features.

Notwithstanding the above, in the event of a serious technical failure attributable solely to the Owner that prevents use of the service for more than 72 consecutive hours, the Owner will assess the appropriateness of a proportional refund for the affected period, at the User's request.

Note: The 7-day trial is intended to allow the User to verify technical compatibility of the service before making any payment. It is recommended to use it to check correct operation with the User's lists and devices.

7. USER OBLIGATIONS

The User expressly undertakes to:

• Use CastFlow Player only to play content for which they have legally recognised access rights. • Not play content that infringes intellectual property rights, image rights, or any other third-party rights. • Not use the platform to distribute, retransmit, or make protected content available to third parties without authorisation. • Not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to obtain the software source code. • Not attempt to circumvent security, authentication, or access control measures of the platform. • Not assign, sublicense, sell, or transfer their account or licence to third parties.

8. WARRANTIES AND SERVICE LEVEL

CastFlow Player is provided in its current state ("as-is"). The Owner actively works to ensure maximum availability and compatibility of the service, but cannot guarantee 100% availability or compatibility with all list formats and sources on the market.

The Owner assumes no responsibility for the availability or quality of played content, which depends exclusively on origin servers controlled by third parties.

9. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION OF THE SERVICE

The Owner may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service, in whole or in part, with reasonable notice. In the event of definitive discontinuation of the service, holders of Lifetime plans shall be entitled to a proportional refund calculated according to the time elapsed since purchase, at the Owner's discretion and subject to a maximum of the amount paid.

10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

This contract is governed entirely by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from its interpretation, performance, or termination, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Tarragona, Spain, without prejudice to mandatory jurisdictions that consumer protection law may establish in favour of the User.
