2. PURPOSE AND ACCESS CONDITIONS

This Legal Notice governs access to, browsing of, and use of the StreamPro platform. Access confers the status of "User", which implies express and unreserved acceptance of all provisions in this document.

3. TECHNICAL DEFINITION: "NEUTRAL MULTIMEDIA PLAYER"

StreamPro is solely a software tool. It is legally defined as an "empty multimedia player". The Owner states that the software does not include, pre-install, supply, or facilitate access to any audiovisual content, channel lists, subscriptions, or third-party services. The software requires the User to provide their own content resources (M3U lists, Xtream codes, or similar), which is a private action by the User.

4. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

The Owner is the sole owner of all intellectual and industrial property rights in the design, source code, algorithms, technical architecture, logos, and the "StreamPro" trademark. Any reproduction, transformation, distribution, or reverse engineering of the software without the Owner's prior written authorisation is prohibited.

5. DISCLAIMER

The Owner shall not be liable for:

The legality, quality, or availability of content the User chooses to add to the platform.

Misuse of the tool for unlawful activities or activities contrary to intellectual property.

Technical failures arising from the User's hardware or third-party content servers.
