2. PURPOSE AND ACCESS CONDITIONS

This Legal Notice governs access to, browsing of, and use of the website https://www.stream-pro.app and the CastFlow Player software. Mere access to the platform confers the status of "User" and implies full and unreserved acceptance of all provisions contained in this document, in the Privacy Policy, and in the Terms and Conditions of Contract in force at any given time.

The Owner reserves the right to modify the content of this Legal Notice at any time. Changes shall take effect from their publication on the website, without prejudice to the obligation to inform the User in reasonable advance when such changes affect essential conditions of the service.

3. TECHNICAL AND LEGAL DEFINITION OF THE SERVICE

CastFlow Player is multimedia player software. The service is defined technically and legally as an "empty multimedia player" (Empty Player), characterised by the following:

• The software does not include, pre-install, supply, index, or facilitate access to any channel, audiovisual content, playlist, subscription, or third-party service. • The software requires the User to provide their own content resources (M3U, M3U8, Xtream Codes, or similar lists), which is an autonomous, private action under the User's sole responsibility. • The Owner has no actual knowledge of the content of lists added by Users, and does not access, view, analyse, or monitor such content. • Audio and video streams are transmitted directly from the origin server to the User's device. In no case do they pass through the Owner's infrastructure.

This architecture is equivalent to that of widely recognised general-purpose players on the market (VLC, Kodi, Infuse, etc.) and falls within the category of technical intermediaries protected by Article 14 et seq. of Directive 2000/31/EC and Articles 14 to 17 of the LSSI-CE.

4. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

The Owner is the exclusive owner of all intellectual and industrial property rights in the design, source code, algorithms, technical architecture, logos, texts, and the "CastFlow Player" brand. These rights are protected by Spanish and international intellectual property law.

Any reproduction, transformation, distribution, public communication, making available, reverse engineering, or any other form of exploitation of the software or its components without the Owner's prior written authorisation is expressly prohibited.

5. DISCLAIMER

The Owner shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for:

• The legality, quality, availability, truthfulness, or lawfulness of content that the User chooses to add and play through the platform. • Misuse of the tool for activities that are unlawful, contrary to copyright, or to any third-party rights. • Damage or loss arising from technical failures of the User's hardware, the Internet network, or content servers managed by third parties unrelated to the Owner. • Interruption or unavailability of the service due to force majeure, technical maintenance, or circumstances beyond the Owner's reasonable control. • Consequences arising from minors accessing inappropriate content, without prejudice to parental control tools available on the platform.

Note: The User is solely and exclusively responsible for their use of the platform and for the content they play. The Owner recommends using only lawful content sources for which the User has the corresponding access rights.

6. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from its interpretation or application, the parties, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply, submit to the courts and tribunals of Tarragona, Spain, except where consumer protection law establishes a mandatory different jurisdiction.
